Fulham youngster Dan Burn has signed a contract extension with the club and has joined Birmingham City on a season-long loan.
The 21-year-old defender enjoyed a temporary spell with Yeovil Town during the last campaign.
Burn's new deal at Craven Cottage will run until 2015.
"I had a season on loan last season and was hoping that a new contract would come in the summer as my target is still to play in the Barclays Premier League with Fulham, which gives me a couple more years to achieve that aim," he told the club's official website.
Burn joined Fulham from Darlington in 2010.
