Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho insists that he will allow any players who were loaned out by the club last season to prove themselves.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has insisted that he will give chances to any players who were loaned out by the club last season.

The new Blues boss recently revealed that Kevin de Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku were likely to feature at Stamford Bridge during the new campaign after temporary spells with Genk and West Bromwich Albion respectively.

"I need to work with the players and not commit injustice," Mourinho is quoted as saying by Football365. "I need to give them a chance, be fair with them. After that we will have time to make decisions."

Mourinho signed a four-year deal with Chelsea at the start of the month after leaving the club in 2007.
