Kings of Europe Real Madrid have their sights set on title number 14 this year, having safely negotiated their way into the Champions League last 16 as group winners.
Los Blancos beat Italian champions Inter Milan to top spot in Group D, although it was not all straightforward for them and the group stage also included one of their most embarrassing ever defeats, against Moldovan minnows Sheriff Tiraspol.
Those were their only dropped points, though, and victory in a winner-takes-all clash with Inter Milan on matchday six kept Carlo Ancelotti on course for an unprecedented fourth European Cup as a manager.
All eyes will now be on Monday's draw to see which test Madrid will face next in the competition, with a match against an unseeded runner-up their reward for winning the group.
The Spanish giants are not guaranteed an easy passage through to the quarter-finals, though, with tantalising potential match-ups against Group A runners-up Paris Saint-Germain or Group H runners-up and holders Chelsea.
Madrid cannot be drawn against Villarreal due to them both being Spanish teams, while Inter Milan are also out of the question as the two teams were in the same group.
However, any of the other runners-up are potential opponents, leaving Portuguese duo Sporting Lisbon and Benfica or Austrian outfit Red Bull Salzburg also on the table.
The draw will take place at UEFA's Nyon headquarters at 11am GMT on Monday, December 13. You can find out everything you need to know about the draw by clicking here.
