Ajax defender Jan Vertonghen has revealed that he is open to a switch to Arsenal, despite reported interest from Tottenham Hotspur.
The 24-year-old is expected to leave the Dutch club at the end of the season due to the expiration of his current deal in the summer.
Reports recently claimed that the Gunners have joined their North London rivals in the pursuit of the defender.
"My agent knows what clubs I'm willing to go to," the Express quotes Vertonghen as saying. "Arsenal are obviously one of them. Ajax are busy trying to find solutions to replace me."
Vertonghen recently claimed that he does prefer a move to the Premier League.
