Francis Coquelin calls for Arsenal focus

Francis Coquelin urges his Arsenal teammates to remain focused following their 2-0 win over Manchester City.

Arsenal midfielder Francis Coquelin has called on his teammates to stay focused following their victory at Manchester City.

The Gunners boosted their chances of a top-four finish on Sunday thanks to a 2-0 victory away to the Premier League champions.

Despite leaving the Etihad Stadium with the spoils, Coquelin believes that Arsenal must remain level-headed if they want to keep in the hunt for Champions League qualification.

"It's a tough game to win but we did that and now we need to move onto the next one because there is no point winning here and then losing at home in the next game," he told the club's official website. "Hopefully we can win the next game as well.

"It's a big lift for the squad. We were waiting for this win and now we can move onto the next game and hopefully do well until the end of the season."

Arsenal are back in action this Sunday when they travel to Brighton & Hove Albion in round four of the FA Cup.
