Aaron Ramsey sorry for Arsenal performance against Borussia Dortmund

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey admits that the team performed poorly during Tuesday's 2-0 defeat to Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has apologised to fans for the team's display during Tuesday's defeat to Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.

The Gunners struggled to compete in Germany last night as Dortmund earned a 2-0 win in the Group D opener.

Having seen their campaign get off to a losing start, Ramsey admits that Arsenal did not perform to the high standards that are expected of them.

Arsenal return to Premier League action on Saturday when they make the trip to high-flying Aston Villa.
