Michael Carter-Williams has insisted that he is only focused on the next game after the Philadelphia 76ers extended their losing streak to 17 games on Monday night.
Philadelphia were beaten 123-110 by the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden, but Carter-Williams claims that he is attempting to ignore the negative attention the team are receiving as a result of their disappointing run of form.
"I am trying not to think about it," the point guard told reporters. "We lose and we have to move on to the next one.
"People are writing about it and that's fine, but we are going to stay focused as a team."
The 76ers are on their worst run in the NBA since the 1972-73 season.
