Aimee Fuller to keep qualifying run "simple"

Great Britain snowboarder Aimee Fuller admits that she will be keeping things simple during her qualifying run when the slopestyle gets underway later today.

Great Britain snowboarder Aimee Fuller has revealed that she is planning a steady start in her 2014 Winter Olympics debut.

The 22-year-old will get her Games underway in the slopestyle later today at the Rosa Khutor Extreme Park, and Fuller has admitted that she won't be trying anything too complex in her first run.

She told reporters: "As this course is so progressive and huge I think it will be about putting together a clean run. For qualifying I think I will keep it simple. If I get to the final I will go all out."

The slopestyle discipline has been included in the Olympics for the first time, but the course in Sochi has been widely criticised ahead of qualifying.
