Russia's Yulia Lipnitskaya: 'More to come from me'

Russian figure skater Yulia Lipnitskaya claims that her performance in the team event at the Sochi Olympics was not her best.

Yulia Lipnitskaya has said that her gold medal-winning performance at the Sochi Olympics on Sunday was not her best.

The 15-year-old became Russia's youngest-ever athlete to win gold at the Winter Olympics when she emerged victorious in the team figure skating event.

"For me, this skate was not the best," she told reporters. "We will work on mistakes so that on the individual championship there are no flaws.

"It was annoying that I failed the last rotation. And, yes, I could strengthen jumps. In the individual tournament, I set the highest goals."

Lipnitskaya will now fly back to Moscow to train and will return to Sochi later this month to compete for gold in the individual event.
