Rafael Nadal has reached a fifth consecutive Rome Masters final with a straight-sets victory over Tomas Berdych.
The defending champion broke instantly in the first set before a second break allowed him to win it 6-2 in 32 minutes.
Berdych, who defeat world number one Novak Djokovic in the last round, put up more resistance in the second set, but Nadal came through 6-4.
The Spaniard will now face either Roger Federer or Benoit Paire in Sunday's final.
