Novak Djokovic has admitted his relief following his victory over Somdev Devvarman in the third round of the Miami Masters.
The world number one and defending champion overcame his Indian opponent 6-2 6-4 on Sunday in what were testing conditions due to a high wind.
"It was very difficult to kind of get into a rhythm because you couldn't really serve at 100%," Djokovic told reporters.
"You had to go more for precision and put twice as much effort into the step adjustments because of the windy conditions. All in all, I'm just happy to get through the rough day."
Djokovic will meet German veteran Tommy Haas in the next round of the tournament.
