Kevin Anderson 'a little disappointed' following defeat to Rafael Nadal

Kevin Anderson reveals that he is a little disappointed following his straight-sets defeat to Rafael Nadal in the last 16 of the Australian Open.

Kevin Anderson has revealed his disappointment after being knocked out of the Australian Open by Rafael Nadal.

The Spaniard looked in commanding form in the latter stages of their last-16 contest and Anderson has suggested that he had allowed one game that did not go his way during the match to get into his head.

"I was a little bit disappointed by how much I let that one game [the 12th] affect me," Anderson said after the loss.

"I felt that I started off really well. It was the kind of tennis that I need to play to be here. I just needed to be much more consistent within that."

Third seed Nadal will now face Tomas Berdych in the quarter-final stage next week.
