Team England's Kristian Callaghan secures bronze in 25m rapid fire pistol final

Kristian Callaghan wins the bronze medal for Team England in the men's 25m rapid fire pistol final at the Commonwealth Games.

Team England's Kristian Callaghan has secured a bronze medal in the final of the men's 25m rapid fire pistol competition at the Commonwealth Games.

Australia's David J Chapman won the event as he broke the finals Games record, posting a score of 23 to win the gold medal.

India's Harpreet Singh finished in second to claim the silver medal, while Callaghan won the bronze with a score of 17 to finish narrowly ahead of Canada's Metodi Igorov.

Callaghan's success was England's 11th shooting medal of the Games.
