Jim Mallinder: 'Stephen Myler kicked well throughout'

Northampton Saints coach Jim Mallinder says that fly-half Stephen Myler kicked well throughout their match against London Wasps.

Jim Mallinder has said that Stephen Myler kicked well throughout Northampton Saints' 17-15 win over London Wasps in the Aviva Premiership.

The fly-half added a game-winning penalty in the final minute of the game to leave the team second in the table.

"Stephen Myler is steady in those circumstances and kicked very well throughout the game," BBC Sport quotes the club's coach as saying.

"The referee made a couple of close decisions. He made a brave decision at the first scrum and we were lucky it went our way."

Saints have now won their last five league games.
