Seven new faces come into the team following last weekend's 10-16 defeat at home to Wales.
Simon Zebo, Rory Best, Tommy Bowe and Mike Ross are among those who are recalled to the starting XV. Paul O'Connell, Jamie Heaslip and Jonathan Sexton all keep their places.
Meanwhile, the likes of Ian Madigan, Richardt Strauss and Eoin Reddan have been named as replacements for the game.
