London Welsh welcome Grenoble to the Kassam Stadium in the Amlin Challenge Cup on Saturday having had last weekend's defeat to the French club overturned.
The Exiles were downed 20-9 in France, but the result was reversed after Grenoble were punished for fielding an ineligible player.
The ruling was enough to move London Welsh from third place up to second place in Pool 5.
Lyn Jones has made four changes for the hosts as Joe Ajuwa, Dan George, James Tideswell and Alfie To'oala come into the team.
