Vandals ordered to pay damages for Wolverhampton Wanderers graffiti

Two men are ordered to pay for damage caused by graffiti sprayed on a wall at Wolverhampton Wanderers' training ground.

Two men have been ordered to pay for the damage caused by spraying graffiti on a wall at Wolverhampton Wanderers' training ground.

A video circulated on Facebook showing two men display the phrase 'W.B.A Boing Boing' on the wall as a reference to the League One side's Black Country rivals West Bromwich Albion.

The footage was picked up by police, who launched an investigation with the help of the former Premier League outfit.

According to BBC Sport, a statement released by the West Midlands Police said: "Wolverhampton Wanderers agreed to allow the men to pay for the damage to be repaired and have accepted a written letter of apology from the vandals."

The vandalism is said to have taken place earlier this week.
