Olympic champion Mo Farah has encouraged fans to grasp the 'Mobot' routine in the hope of appearing in the long-distance runner's music video.
The 29-year-old has revealed that he is releasing a single to help raise funds for the Mo Farah Foundation and the gold medallist has created a video to help fans learn the 'Mobot', which is the celebration pose he made famous at the London 2012 Games.
Fans can send in their attempts and the person who submits the best clip will be chosen to feature in the music video.
