Sunderland's Wes Brown to appear on 'All Star Family Fortunes'

Sunderland defender Wes Brown will appear on ITV's All Star Family Fortunes to raise money for charity.

Sunderland defender Wes Brown will feature in an episode of ITV's All Star Family Fortunes alongside his wife Leanne.

The 35-year-old, whose appearance is yet to be aired, competed against English actress Jill Halfpenny and her family, while Vernon Kay presented the show.

Brown's wife Leanne posted a photo of the team on Instagram, with the caption: "Looking forward to this weeks family fortunes! x it's the Brown's v's the Halfpenny's."

Brown is playing the game to raise money for the Beechwood cancer charity's Silver Wing Appeal.
