Tottenham Hotspur striker Jermain Defoe and a number of youth team players have performed the 'Mobot' routine for Olympic champion Mo Farah's charity.

The double gold medallist has challenged the public to film their own videos of the 'Mobot' routine to get the chance to appear in the long-distance runner's music video.

The 29-year-old is releasing a song to raise money for the Mo Farah Foundation and members of the Spurs team have attempted to perfect the routine.
