FIFA unveil the official logo for the 2018 World Cup in Russia via a light show in Moscow and the help of three of the country's astronauts currently in space.

The official logo for the 2018 World Cup in Russia has been unveiled by FIFA president Sepp Blatter and three local astronauts.

Blatter told a Russian state TV talk show last night that the logo, which incorporates the country's flag colours of red and blue, will represent the nation's "heart and spirit".

A piece of paper displaying the logo was unveiled via video link by a crew of Russian astronauts on the International Space Station.
