Former Australian cricket captain Shane Warne has revealed that he is working with a famous musician on a song that he has written.
The 44-year-old, who does plenty of cricket punditry work, is said to have penned a ballad since splitting from his fiancee Elizabeth Hurley.
Reports have claimed that Coldplay frontman Chris Martin is the musician working with the Aussie sportsman on his latest project.
"The song's basically about life," Warne told radio station Kiis FM. "It could be absolute rubbish but I'm trying. I'm giving it to a mate who is in a pretty cool band and I'm going to see what he thinks."
Rumours have emerged claiming that Warne, who denied that he is in a new relationship with a Sydney hairdresser, may write an album.
