Wayne Rooney organises second Manchester United Christmas party

Wayne Rooney books The Neighbourhood out until 2am as part of a second Christmas party for his Manchester United teammates.

Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney organised a second Christmas party for his teammates on Monday as they were allowed to take the day off after securing their sixth win on the bounce.

The day after sealing a 3-0 victory over arch rivals Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday, Rooney took his teammates, including Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao, to a bar in central Manchester.

According to the Daily Mail, Rooney booked out The Neighbourhood bar until 2am and also arranged three separate coaches to take himself and the team to Wing's and the Abercromby.

Earlier in the month, the team were joined by manager Louis van Gaal and the coaching staff, including Ryan Giggs, at The Place in Manchester for their first Christmas party.
