England rugby league hooker Josh Hodgson was videoed smashing a door at a party during the team's recent Four Nations tour.
Steve McNamara's side missed out on a place in the final following their defeat to New Zealand on Saturday morning.
After footage of the incident appeared on YouTube, the team confirmed that they had launched an investigation into the incident.
