With Jose Mourinho's side trailing 2-0 at St James' Park, the Brazilian came off the bench to score a long-range effort to bring the Blues back into the game.

Compatriot Willian then netted directly from a free kick to nullify the deficit and earn the West London side a point from a 2-2 draw.

Following the result, Ramires took to Instagram to share a photo of his son, who was born on Friday, along with a message.


Saturday's draw has left Chelsea in the bottom five of the Premier League table.
