Ex-Brazil international Juninho 'joins BBC as a World Cup pundit'

Former Brazil international Juninho will reportedly join the BBC punditry team during their World Cup coverage this summer.

Former Brazil international Juninho has reportedly joined the BBC's punditry team for their coverage of this summer's World Cup.

The broadcasters have already confirmed that Arsenal legend Thierry Henry and soon-to-be ex-Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand are on the panel.

According to the Daily Mail, 41-year-old Juninho, who lifted the World Cup with Brazil in 2002, will give his insight to BBC viewers during the tournament in South America this June.

Juninho had three stints with Middlesbrough during his playing career.
