Olivier Giroud: 'I have not committed adultery'

Olivier Giroud tweets that he has not "committed adultery" following the publication of photographs that showed him in his underwear in a hotel room.

Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud has taken to Twitter to deny that he has had an affair after he was pictured in his underwear in a hotel room.

After the allegations appeared in The Sun last week, the Frenchman was quick to release an apology, writing on Twitter that he was prepared to "fight" for forgiveness.

However, in another tweet on Tuesday night Giroud denied that he had committed adultery.

Arsene Wenger has confirmed that the issue is being dealt with "internally".
