Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger to be TV pundit for beIN Sports during Euro 2016

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger lands a TV punditry role at beIN Sports for the European Championships in France.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has agreed to be a television pundit for beIN Sports for the duration of the European Championships in France.

The 66-year-old will return to his native country in the summer to provide his insight and expertise when Europe's football nations go head to head.

Wenger's friendship with Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, who is the chief executive of beIN Media Group, has landed him the punditry role.

"We will have a new consultant who completely adheres to our philosophy - Arsene Wenger," Goal.com quotes beIN Sport director Florent Houzot as saying. "He will exclusively take part in our broadcasts before and after matches."

Wenger will be joined by Robert Pires, Marcel Desailly, Jean-Pierre Papin and Omar da Fonseca.
