Jorge Lorenzo wins fourth straight MotoGP race in Spain

Jorge Lorenzo grabs his fourth consecutive victory to move to within one point of MotoGP leader Valentino Rossi.

Jorge Lorenzo has sealed his fourth straight victory to go one point within leader Valentino Rossi in the MotoGP standings.

The 28-year-old took top spot on the podium at the Catalunya Grand Prix ahead of his Yamaha teammate and Honda's Dani Pedrosa, who finished third.

Marc Marquez, who is the reigning champion, failed to reach the podium as he suffered his third crash in seven races.

The Spaniard is currently fifth in the world standings, 69 points adrift of Rossi.
