Canada goaltender Shannon Szabados has hailed Marie-Philip Poulin for her performance against the USA in the final of the women's ice hockey at the Winter Games.
The 22-year-old scored twice to help the Canadians come from 2-0 down to get the better of their American counterparts 3-2 in overtime in Sochi on Thursday.
"The kid is unbelievable," USA Today quotes Szabados as saying. "She's a clutch player. Nothing else to say about her. She's a rock.
"She definitely has one of the best shots on our team. If she's open, get her the puck and that happens."
Poulin won the Olympic gold with Canada four years ago in Vancouver.
