Welsh gymnast Frankie Jones has insisted that she has "very good" support around her as she moves from competing into coaching.
The 24-year-old retired from rhythmic gymnastics after the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, where she scooped five silver medals and a gold in the ribbon event while representing Wales.
Now, Jones is putting all her focus into carving out a coaching career for herself.
"I'm in the process now of doing my level 2 coaching qualification and doing a lot of coach education things," Jones told Wales Online. "It's a very big step to go from competing over to coaching but I've got some very good people around me."
Jones also won the David Dixon Award for her achievements at the Commonwealth Games in Scotland.
