Matt Kuchar has admitted that he is desperate to take the scalp of Ian Poulter as the USA look to take the Ryder Cup away from Europe at Gleneagles.
After declaring his intention to meet the Englishman, who played a pivotal role in Europe's triumph at Medinah two years ago, Kuchar believes that all of his teammates have had the same thought ahead of the opening day on Friday.
"Losing stings," the 36-year-old told reporters. "Everybody wants to draw Poulter, but the flip side is you hate to get beaten by him.
"He's kind of marked man in our side. Everybody wants a piece of him."
Poulter won all four of his matches at Medinah.
