Tiger Woods shares the lead with Robert Rock at 11-under-par after three rounds of the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship.

Tiger Woods hit what he described as a 'methodical' six-under round of 66 to take a share of the lead heading into the final round of the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship.

The 14-time major winner, after waiting over two years for a tournament win, is searching for back-to-back triumphs after his success at the Chevron World Challenge late last year.

"I was just kind of consistent today," he said. "I didn't do a whole lot wrong, I didn't do a whole lot right. I was just kind of methodically moving my way around the golf course and six birdies piled up.

"I was just trying to hit the ball in the fairway and then move on from there."

Woods is joined atop the leaderboard by Englishman Robert Rock, who matched his 66.

Rory McIlroy is in the chasing pack at nine-under, two shots back, alongside three others.
