Brendon Todd: "It is a monkey off my back"

American Brendon Todd reveals that he is relieved to finally register the first PGA Tour win of his career in the Byron Nelson Championship.

Brendon Todd has admitted that it is a relief to record the first PGA Tour success of his career after winning the Byron Nelson Championship.

The 28-year-old shot a final round of 66 to win the tournament on 14-under, two shots ahead of Mike Weir.

"It feels amazing," Todd told reporters. "It is a monkey off my back. It has been a tough career, with lots of ups and downs."

Weir finished in second place on 12-under, while Charles Howell and Marc Leishman finished in joint-third on 10-under.
