Rory McIlroy has insisted that he will aim to "enjoy" this week's Cadillac Championship at Doral.
The world number one caused controversy last Friday when he walked off at the Honda Classic because of a problem with his wisdom tooth.
Having admitted that he was wrong to cut short his round, the 23-year-old has now turned his attention to having some fun over the coming days.
"I wanted to quit a few times as a teenager. I started to play golf because I love it. It has been my life, for my life! I have got to remember that," he told reporters.
"I will go out this week and enjoy it. I have got four rounds and hopefully it will be better. It will hopefully be a blessing in disguise. It just released the valve and I will now look to go out and enjoy it."
McIlroy has been paired alongside Tiger Woods for the tournament in Florida.
