Luke Donald has regained his spot at the top of the world rankings following his performance at the Zurich Classic in New Orleans on Sunday.
The Englishman, who needed a top-seven finish to replace Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy as the world number one, took third at the tournament on 17-under-par.
"Couldn't quite catch up after a slow start, but very happy with my last 3 rounds," Donald tweeted. "Back to #1 is a nice consolation."
American Jason Dufner eventually won the event following a playoff victory over South Africa's Ernie Els.
