Lee Westwood has reflected positively on his second-round 71 which has kept him in contention ahead of the weekend at the Masters.
The 39-year-old will start his third round on three-under-par for the tournament, just three shots off leader Jason Day.
"I did what I needed to do," The Guardian quotes Westwood as saying.
"I didn't hit the wrong places too often. I was plodding my way around the golf course like you have to when it gets tricky around here."
There are 26 players within five shots of the lead ahead of the third round.
