Sebastian Vettel handed reprimand

Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel is handed a reprimand ahead of Sunday's Japanese Grand Prix.

Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel has been reprimanded for obstructing Fernando Alonso during Saturday's qualifying session for the Japanese Grand Prix.

Vettel stormed to pole at Suzuka but an appeal from Alonso prevented certainty of starting Sunday's race from the front row of the grid.

However, despite being found guilty of impeding Alonso during the final qualifying session, Vettel will remain in pole position alongside his Red Bull teammate Mark Webber.

Vettel currently holds a 29-point advantage over Alonso in the drivers' championship standings.
