Goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey's loan move from Wolverhampton Wanderers to Yeovil Town is off after he suffered a knee injury while on international duty with Wales.

Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey has seen his loan move to Yeovil Town cancelled due to injury.

Hennessey had been signed by the Championship outfit to cover for Marek Stech, who suffered a broken hand against Birmingham City last weekend.

However, the Welshman suffered a knee problem during the warm-up before his country's friendly with the Republic of Ireland and he will now return to Molineux for treatment.

The 26-year-old has not played a senior fixture for Wolves since suffering a cruciate ligament injury against Sunderland in April 2012.
