Eastleigh of the National League welcome an improving Reading side to the Silverlake Stadium in the FA Cup second round on Sunday.

The Royals had been enduring a torturous campaign, but manager Ruben Selles is showing signs of turning things around at Reading.

We say: Eastleigh 2-3 Reading

Both sides have been involved in some thrilling recent encounters packed with goals, and it should be a competitive cup tie, despite the difference in league positions.

Reading have reserved their best performances for the cups though, and after also finding some league form of late, they will fancy themselves to progress here.

Looking to maintain their unbeaten home record across all competitions, National League leaders Chesterfield will welcome League One side Leyton Orient to SMH Group Stadium for a second-round clash in the FA Cup on Sunday.

The Spireites are well on course for promotion to the Football League following a sensational start to the campaign, while recently-promoted Orient are still finding their feet in the third tier.

We say: Chesterfield 2-1 Leyton Orient

Chesterfield have proven themselves to be levels above the chasing pack in the National League this term, and the Spireites will have no fear as League One opposition arrives in town this weekend.

In need of a morale-boosting win, Orient will be looking to avoid an FA Cup upset which appears highly likely at the moment, and we believe that the O's will crash out of the competition on Sunday.

Aldershot vs. Stockport (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Looking to successfully play the role of underdogs once again in this competition, National League side Aldershot Town will host League Two leaders Stockport County in the second round of the FA Cup.

The Shots demolished an out-of-sorts Swindon Town to book their place in round two last month, while the Hatters made light work of non-league outfit Worksop.

We say: Aldershot Town 1-1 Stockport County

Aldershot have shown that they possess fighting spirit in abundance during narrow wins over Bromley and Halifax recently - a characteristic which will be very helpful against Stockport this weekend.

The Hatters are not at their scintillating best at the moment, and we feel that the League Two pacesetters will need a replay back at Edgeley Park to get past the Shots.

Sixth-tier Yeovil Town will attempt to pull off an FA Cup upset when they face Wrexham in Sunday's second-round tie.

Wrexham have lost one of their previous 14 matches, while their non-league opponents are winless in their last three outings.
