Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Karl Henry has admitted that the club "need plenty of results" between now and the end of the season.
Wolves, who are currently without a manager, sit 18th in the Premier League table after 25 games played.
They travel to Newcastle on Saturday, and Henry is in no doubt about the importance of the tie.
"We know for everyone's sake that we have to go and get a result on Saturday. We know we have underperformed this season both individually and as a group," Henry told Sky Sports News.
"We've got to stand up and be counted at Newcastle and individuals have got to raise their games. But we're still fighting."
Henry joined Wolves from Stoke in 2006.
