Danny Graham: 'Wolverhampton Wanderers fans can help us out of slump'

Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Danny Graham believes that the club's supporters can have a huge influence on their efforts to get back to winning ways against Bournemouth.

Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Danny Graham has admitted that he and his teammates are eager to repay the faith shown in them by the club's supporters by improving their dismal recent form.

Kenny Jackett's side fell 10 places down the table during November after they picked up just one point from a possible 15, and ahead of their Molineux fixture with Bournemouth, Graham believes that the club's following can aid their quest to move back up the standings.

The 29-year-old is quoted by the Express & Star as saying: "We all need to stick together. We know it wasn't nice for fans who travelled all the way to Brentford to see the game and we hold our hands up for that.

"We need them more than ever at the minute, especially at home on Saturday against a good Bournemouth team. The fans are going to be massive for us.

"We know they pay good money to travel up and down the country to see us and the last two games have not been acceptable. As players, we know that and hopefully the fans are aware that we know that. I am sure they will come out in their numbers again, like they did at the Forest game, and get behind us."

Graham, who is on loan from Sunderland, has failed to score in his first two appearances for the Championship club.
