West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Clarke is lining up a move for Wigan Athletic striker Franco di Santo, according to The Mirror.
The Argentinian's contract expires at the end of the season, and it is believed that Clarke will offer the 24-year-old the chance to stay in the Premier League.
The Baggies, who will lose top goalscorer Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea after Sunday's game against Manchester United, are understood to have offered Di Santo a deal already.
Di Santo was an unused substitute in Wigan's 1-0 FA Cup win on Saturday, and came off the bench in their 4-1 defeat to Arsenal, which sealed their relegation to the Championship.
