West Ham United have reportedly agreed personal terms with Alphonse Areola ahead of a season-long loan deal for the Paris Saint-Germain stopper.
Areola is back at PSG following his impressive loan stint with Fulham last term, but the arrival of Gianluigi Donnarumma will push him further down the pecking order in Paris.
As a result, West Ham are supposedly in talks to bring him back to the Premier League on loan, as David Moyes seeks competition for 36-year-old Lukasz Fabianski.
According to journalist Ekrem Konur, Areola has reached an agreement over personal terms with the capital club, who are now in the process of negotiating his transfer with PSG.
Konur adds that it is "only a matter of time" before the 28-year-old is announced as a West Ham player, and he returns to the Premier League after keeping nine clean sheets in 36 outings for Fulham last term.
Areola has also registered 53 shutouts in 107 appearances for PSG, and West Ham are also said to be plotting a move for Wolverhampton Wanderers attacker Adama Traore.
