West Ham United have reportedly placed a valuation of £80m on Declan Rice amid suggestions that Manchester United could make a move for the midfielder this summer.
The 22-year-old enjoyed an impressive 2020-21 campaign for David Moyes's side before performing at a high level for England during their run to the final of the European Championship.
Rice has allegedly rejected the chance to sign a new contract at the London Stadium, and both Man United and Chelsea continue to be credited with an interest in his services.
There have been suggestions that Moyes's side value the midfielder in excess of £100m, but according to Eurosport, the capital outfit would consider offers in the region of £80m.
Rice - contracted to the Hammers until June 2024 - has made 145 appearances for his current team in all competitions, contributing five goals and five assists in the process.
Last term, the former Chelsea youngster scored twice and registered one assist in 32 Premier League appearances, while he also featured on three occasions in the cup competitions.
