Valencia are reportedly close to securing the signature of West Ham United forward Javier Hernandez.
The Mexico international has spent the last two seasons with the Hammers, scoring 15 goals from 53 Premier League appearances, but the East London outfit are having a clearout in the final third this summer.
According to The Sun, that has resulted in Valencia registering an interest in the 33-year-old, who has just one year left on his contract.
The report claims that Valencia are willing to spend £8m on Hernandez, and it has been suggested that West Ham are willing to do business at that price.
Manuel Pellegrini has already allowed Samir Nasri and Andy Carroll to leave his first-team squad on free transfers.
