West Ham United co-chairman David Gold has confirmed that striker Nikica Jelavic has completed his move to Chinese Second Division side Beijing Renhe.
Jelavic is the latest in a string of players over the last two months to join the lucrative football industry in Asia.
Clubs in the Chinese Super League have recruited numerous talents, including Chelsea midfielder Ramires, Shakhtar Donetsk playmaker Alex Teixeira, who was linked to Liverpool, and Atletico Madrid striker Jackson Martinez.
Now, China's second tier has done some business as Jelavic has finalised a move to Beijing Renhe, who were relegated from the top flight last year.
Gold tweeted: "Nikica Jelavic has completed his move to Chinese second division team Beijing Renhe. Good luck. Nikica."
The striker made 15 appearances for the Hammers this season and scored three goals.
