Sam Allardyce's West Ham United future to be "sorted" on Monday

West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce reveals that his future will be "sorted" out on Monday, but he will not be present for crunch talks.

Sam Allardyce has revealed that his future as West Ham United manager will be "sorted" on Monday, but he will not be present for the crucial meeting.

The 60-year-old is widely expected to leave the Premier League outfit this summer as alterations are due to be made ahead of the club's 2016 move to the Olympic Stadium.

Speculation has been fuelled further after Allardyce confirmed in today's press conference that he will be in Spain with his grandchildren when his agent speaks to the club's owners on Monday.

The coach also revealed that the meters have been read on the Canary Wharf flat that he is selling, suggesting that his future is elsewhere.

"It will all be sorted Monday - it will sorted one way or another on Monday," Allardyce told reporters. "I won't be having a meeting but my agent will be available to speak to the owners.

"Because the season is finishing so late, I am taking the opportunity to go to Spain with my grandchildren. What will be, will be.

"I am hopeful it is not my final game but we will wait and see. The full situation will be resolved next week so we will have to wait and see."

The Hammers could finish in the top 10 of the table if they get a result against Newcastle United at St James' Park in their final game of the season on Sunday.
