West Ham United co-chairman David Sullivan has revealed that the club intend to offer manager Slaven Bilic a new contract next season.
The 47-year-old, who signed a three-year deal last summer, has rejuvenated the Hammers, transforming them into genuine contenders for a Champions League spot.
The East London outfit are currently fifth in the Premier League table, one point behind fourth-placed Manchester City with eight games left to play.
The West Ham hierarchy have been impressed by Bilic and will offer him fresh terms, but not until January at the earliest.
"I will give Slaven a new deal in January," Sullivan told The Mirror. "I just want to see that he is not a one-season wonder. I'm sure he is not, but we will talk next January, or at the end of next season."
The Hammers will move into the Olympic Stadium in Stratford this summer.
