West Bromwich Albion are reportedly looking to sign striker Andre-Pierre Gignac.
The France international is a free agent after his contract with Marseille expired at the end of the season.
Premier League rivals West Ham United and Newcastle United have been linked with the 29-year-old, while Russian side Dynamo Moscow are also said to be in the hunt.
West Brom head coach Tony Pulis and his assistant Dave Kemp watched Gignac in action last month, after club scouts were impressed by him scoring twice in Marseille's Le Classique defeat to Paris Saint-Germain at the beginning of April.
According to the Daily Mail, Gignac wants to move to England and West Brom are willing to offer him a £70,000-a-week salary in a bid to lure him to The Hawthorns.
Gignac scored 21 goals for Marseille in Ligue 1 last season.
